MERIT PARKING

Merit Parking is a privately held company that specializes in the management, leasing, purchase, construction, maintenance, consulting and auditing of parking facilities. Our interest is in building a long term mutually beneficial relationships with clients that wish to maximize the performance of their parking portfolio.

Founded in January of 2001, Merit Parking manages leases or owns over 40 parking facilities. We have provided our Consulting and Asset Management services to numerous projects throughout the United States. Our Construction and Maintenance Division offers a complete line of services ranging from striping a surface lot to new facility construction and everything in between.
