Dave began his career in parking in 1980. Prior to forming Merit Parking, Dave was with a national parking company for 20 years, serving as Operations, Division, and Regional Manager. Dave has supervised every facet of parking at Airports, Hospitals, Hotels, Municipalities, Stadiums, Office Buildings, and a wide array of Special Events. Because of his diverse experience, Dave is often called upon to consult for new or difficult parking operations.

Dave has excelled in developing management teams that focus on creating value. With nearly 3 decades of parking experience to draw from, Dave takes great pride in his ability to maximize return on investment for his clients.
